Hi! Do you take reservations and can you accommodate a party of 10-12 people for my daughter's 13th birthday tomorrow (Oct 1) around 5:00pm??
Pat's has some of the best food I have ever encountered, period. I first discovered him back in 2000 when he was operating one of his prior restaurants called Phnom Penh. I was blown away at how amazing the flavours and spices game together in his dishes. I was blown away back then and still am to this day whenever I eat his food. I live in Toronto now and always take the opportunity to get some take out whenever I'm in town. His food is worth driving hours for. So please do yourself a favour and visit Pat's Restaurant if you haven't yet already!
MoreDecent food. Terrible operating hours. You’re lucky to get in or takeout cuz they’re always closed.
MoreThe staff are sooo friendly then...the food is even better! So delicious!
Had a great Pad Thai... Delicious!
This is the 2nd time I have been to this restaurant. In my opinion The food and service is 1st class.
MoreI can't say enough great things about Pat's. It's been my go-to for years and I'm a consistent regular. The dishes are always amazing and there are far too many great options to try. The spring rolls, green curry beef special, spicy pad thai, and stir fried beef special are my main recommendations! Basically my weekly order! The helpings are also huge so you can get 2-3 meals out of an order. On top of the delicious food, the staff are friendly and great people. I love supporting Pat's and will continue to for many years to come
MoreThe best Cambodian Thai food probably in the province of Ontario. Authentic and filling this place serves some great dishes.
MoreTheirs Nothing better then Pats. Staff are amazing, food is always consistent and amazing.
MoreFirst time here, and it won't be my last. Very fresh food and delicious. Great selection and price is reasonable.
MoreBeen a customer since they were on Division street! 5 years still strong and the flavors never let me down! A family owned gem that I can say I am addicted too! Spring rolls are a must!!!!
MoreLooking for Thai and weren't disappointed. Read reviews and went for Spring Rolls, Pad Thai and menu #1 Chicken dish. Waitress apologized and asked if 30 minutes to get food would be OK, it was busy. Of course we said. When's last time you were asked if it was ok? Didn't disappoint. Everything was fabulous. Quality, taste, presentation, price, value all five star. Just had lunch with leftovers. Can't wait to go back and try more meals.
MoreThe pad Thai was beautiful looking but in general I don't enjoy pad Thai as one of my favorites. My dad said he enjoyed it, but I wasn't really able to judge by just a few bites. My least favorite of the 4 entrees for sure.Mom ordered number 5, a chicken stir fry. It was in a yellowish curry like sauce. It didn't seem flavorful at first but after a few bites it really grew on me. I ended up eating the rest of the sauce after she had finished all the veggies and chicken.
MoreGood quantity and delicious food. Love this place, have been coming for years. My go to is the panenang curry (#1).
MoreUnhappy! Warning to vegetarians and vegans. Please know what goes into your food, especially if you have restrictions! My husband and I are vegetarian and vegan respectively. We ordered twice from this place and my husband had explicitly asked over tehe phone whether the vegetarian items on the menu contained any fish, eggs or meat of any kind. We were told all the items were vegan. After tasting it, I was very doubtful that it did not contain fish, something tasted "off". I called them up again WHILE I was eating it and they tell me "Oh the Green curry does contain fish paste, so just watch out for that one." Needless to say I was sick to my stomach. We will not be ordering from this place again.
MoreWhat a great restaurant. The best Cambodian and Taiwanese food ever. Good prices and lots of hot food. Great people. A family place. Fairly small. The decor is remnisnt of the coffee shop it once was. They kept the old seats. Very obvious. I love it there.
MoreAlways the best. Try #4
Amazing and Delicious Dishes, with Vegan and Vegetarian Options!!
My boyfriend loves the chicken dish but I'm vegetarian and the tofu dish is just that...tofu and noodles, if they actually had vegetables in their food it might start to be nutritious and worth my while. Until then he's going without me!
MoreI've had Ethiopian food a couple times now, some of which in Toronto's Little Ethiopia neighbourhood, and judging by the constant flow of Ethiopian locals dining at Muya...I am pretty confident in saying that this place is an authentic gem in the Kitchener-Waterloo area!It came out on a huge round plate with injera lined on the bottom and rolled on the sides.
MorePat's is my go to place in midtown Kingston. Service is always excellent and the food fresh. Some people may find it a bit spicy butbl they do warn you what to expect.
MoreGreat appetizers. Great meal. Going again.
One of the best restaurants in Kingston. The Golden Chicken is fantastic.
Best Thai food I've ever had. Place lived up to its reputation
Ever since leaving Kingston I've searched for Pat's pineapple and tofu curry everywhere, to no avail. Honest to god it's the most unique and delicious thai dish I've ever had. Pat's tom yum soup and the pineapple tofu is are must tries. Maybe golden chicken too. Did I mention their price is more than reasonable?
MoreHad a spicy stir fry and it was actually spicy. Im in a spicy sauce club so i should know. My foodie partner had the pad thai and it was noted to also be good. Descent atmosphere, cool setting. Reasonable prices. Would recommend to all.

MoreWe were visiting Kingston on vacation and decided to try out Pat's because Google reviews suggested it. We were not disappointed at all. Huge portions, piping hot, and all around amazing.
MoreAmazing. This family has one of the absolute best restaurants in town. They are very friendly .Quick to greet you.Always available to answer questions .Food is always made fresh. And the best tasting food in Kingston. Portions are huge. They could easily charge 20% more.
MoreBest Cambodian/Thai food in Kingston! Huge portions excellent taste, vegan options too. My kids love it and want to go whenever we visit Kingston.
MoreThe Best Thai Soup anywhere period. Great family run business very friendly, good atmosphere. I always order Tom Yum (soup A) and Green Curry (soup E) . Soup E is the spicy one, I keep a box of tissues while I eat because it makes my nose run.
MoreThe restaurant was not that busy but they were doing a ton of take out so it was a bit slow. It seems to be a family business where staff may have babes in arms which is so charming! And the prices are fantastic! Spouse ordered Samlaw Khmer - a good portion with lots of chicken, 3 jumbo shrimp and a variety of veggies with rice included for only $11.50. My stir fried chicken with green and red peppers and chopped peanuts was in an aromatic smooth sauce with a light coconut flavour. Simply delicious.
MoreBest Thai food in town, I haven’t been anywhere that could compete. A friend travelled in Thailand for several weeks and found the food from Pat’s comparable to the best food she had there. The Phanaeng curry, yellow curry, pad Thai are all great, and I’m looking forward to trying more dishes, as my boyfriend and I go to Pat’s at least once a month! They are also very helpful in letting you know if a dish might be too spicy. If you’re not looking for spicy, the phanaeng curry can be made mild, and the pad Thai is not spicy. But if you do like spicy, they will deliver!
MoreThe food is usually sizzling hot, so I can confidently say it is freshly prepared every time. All the staff are really polite and caring. I order extra spicy and the servers usually warn me when I order my food. I have tried most of their dishes and like every single one of them. During peak hours I have waited upwards of 30 minutes to receive my order but the food has always been worth the wait. Highly recommend this place.
MoreBest restaurant in Kingston. Many restaurants make the famous "#1" although Pat's is hands down the best!! I recently introduced my 16 year old daughter to the #1 (mild version).. she absolutely LOVED it! Unlike anything she's ever had.
MoreA few good vegan items.
Best Thai food available in Kingston. Excellent as always, very friendly , helpful owner and server. Green Curry is extremely tasty are all the large portion soups.
MoreThis is wonderful place ever!Cheap, lots food, delicious, kind everything is great!! Have to go now!
MoreUnbelievable portions, great service and incredible food what more could you ask for
MoreQuality Thai and Cambodian fusion! Love the family atmosphere! And truly beautiful dishes. As a student you really get your moneys worth for food. My favourite dish is the Green Tofu Curry with extra spice.
MoreOrdered the red curry (tofu) and panaeng (chicken). Severely disappointed - way too hot and barely any veggies except cooked carrots and warm cucumber. Too spicy to even enjoy and we have lots of experience with spice ! Would not return after having the authentic thing in Thailand !
MoreAmazing. This family has one of the absolute best restaurants in town. They are very friendly .Quick to greet you.Always available to answer questions .Food is always made fresh. And the best tasting food in Kingston. Portions are huge. They could easily charge 20% more.
MoreDelicious! Spicy though
Best Thai in town hands down. The spring rolls are phenomenal..even their cucumber and carrot slices are delightful. You gotta eat here!
MoreGreat service! Lots of flavour! Golden chicken (more spicey) and the number 1 chicken was SO good. Had the tom yum soup as well, tasted very authentic! The Green curry special was phenomenal. One of the best restaurants in Kingston. Tasted very authentic!
MoreFantastic soups! Highly recommend.
Amazing food. High quality. Number 1 is an amazing dish. The golden chicken is also very good but spicy!
MoreI cant sing Pat's praises enough! Great food, friendly service and the best prices in town make Pat's our choice almost every time we have Thai in Kingston.
MoreIf you're in the mood for this type of food, Pat's is the place to go! Best in Kingston easily! Big portions that are worth every penny.
MoreFirst time trying Cambodian food, it was recommended by a buddy who lives in Kingston. I had the golden chicken, it's spicy but excellent if you like spice! The Cambodian spice rolls are also excellent... Two of those is great for three people... We ordered 3 each and it was too much!
MoreGreat food. Great service.
